Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role includes helping with daily living activities, community involvement, and following care plans.

Paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a new pay rate are offered. Location is Webster, MA with a Fri 10p–8a shift and part-time 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with residents and team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience.
• Ability to work as part of a creative, engaged team.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and community engagement.
• Follow behavior support plans and medication guidelines as applicable.
