Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to be as active as they can be.
• Assist with daily living activities such as household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments, banking, community activities, and outings; follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Follow medical guidelines and participate in required trainings and safety procedures.
