The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, meal prep, shopping, and community involvement, with paid training and a sign-on bonus for full-time staff. The position offers a 40-hour work week, a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour, and a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays/overnights/double shifts.
• Commitment to supporting people with varying disabilities and community participation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and community activities.
• Support individuals with medical appointments and MAP medication administration.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans as required.
