Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will support daily living activities, accompany to appointments, manage household tasks, and help individuals participate in community life. This part-time role offers paid training, a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $500 for part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering independence.
• Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and activities; provide transportation as needed.
• Follow Behavioral Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and goals; administer medications as required.
