This is a full-time role offering a schedule including weekdays and weekend coverage. You will provide daily living support, help with meals, grooming, transportation, and accompany individuals to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, or double-shifts.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults with disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, personal care.
• Accompany to medical appointments and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Ensure safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
