Job summary

Prairie Community Services in Red Lake Falls, MN is seeking a Direct Support Provider for a part-time, on-site role. You will supervise and assist individuals served with daily living activities, recreation, community orientation, meals, and safety while maintaining dignity and respect.

The starting wage is $17.50 to $19.50 per hour. Qualifications include being at least 17 years old (or as required by licensure), valid driver's license, and ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 17 or as required by licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English.
• Read, comprehend, and follow each person served’s program related plans and procedures.
• Deliver support to the person served on principles of person-centered services.
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Chart daily program information.
