Job summary

Prairie Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Provider in Minnesota. The role involves supervising and assisting individuals with daily living, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal prep, laundry, and cleaning as part of person-centered support.

Starting wage is $17.00-$18.00 per hour. This on-site, part-time position offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to residents' well-being within a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 17 years of age or as dictated by licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.
• Read, comprehend, and follow each person served’s program related plans and procedures.
• Deliver support to the person served on principles of person-centered services.
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Chart daily program information.
