Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living and community activities. You will mentor, teach, and advocate while respecting each person's choices and goals.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with 2-, 4-, and 8-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits for eligible employees. Training and a supportive leadership team help you grow professionally.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Weekend availability as part of a rotating schedule

Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or human services is a plus.
