Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with I/DD in their homes and communities, promoting dignity and independence. DSPs provide daily living support, accompany clients to activities, and help implement individualized plans with compassion and respect.

The role offers a competitive starting wage of $24/hour (up to $26 with fast track), paid training, PTO, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Consent to and pass a required State Background Check.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience or sincere interest in working with adults or children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with their personal basic needs and daily activities.
• Help them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Document daily activities and goals using a smart device.
• Follow protocols in the individual support plan (ISP) and other support documents.

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
