Job summary

Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our dedicated team serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, encourage independence, and help participants achieve personal goals in home and community settings.

We offer competitive pay starting at $24 per hour with a fast track to $26, paid training, PTO, benefits for full-time staff after 6 months, and a 401(k) with employer match after 90 days; flexible

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old.
Consent to and pass a state background check.
Ability to communicate with individuals and their families.
Ability to assist with ADLs and IADLs and follow ISP protocols.
Experience or interest in working with adults or children with I/DD.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and maintain dignity and independence.
Document daily activities and progress using a device.
Follow ISP and other support documents to meet individual needs.
