Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will support daily living activities and help clients reach personal goals in a respectful, dignified manner.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive wages, paid training, and benefits. A background check, eligibility to work in the U.S., and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Consent to and pass a state background check.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience or sincere interest in working with adults or children with I/DD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with basic personal needs and daily activities.
• Help individuals achieve goals and aspirations.
• Document daily activities and goals at end of each shift using a smart device.
