Job summary

Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily activities, document progress, and help individuals pursue goals in a respectful, inclusive environment.

Starting wage is $24 per hour with fast track to $26 per hour, plus paid training, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance after 6 months, and a 401(k) plan with employer match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to document daily activities and goals using a smart device.
• Be able to communicate with individuals and their families.
• Ability to participate in developing and implementing plans to meet individuals' needs.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Help individuals achieve goals and aspirations and promote independence.
• Document daily activities and progress at end of each shift.
