Zusammenfassung

Rever Grand seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and community. DSPs support daily activities, help with personal needs, and work toward individualized goals with dignity and respect.

The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with paid training, PTO, and comprehensive benefits after probation. Flexibility in schedule includes overtime and varied shifts to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or caretaker is a plus.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Ability to document daily activities and goals using a smart device.
