Rever Grand is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help with daily activities, support personal goals, and promote dignity and independence.

We offer paid training, PTO, health insurance for full-time staff after 6 months, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Starting wage is $24/hour, with a fast track to $26/hour, and flexible full-time/part-time schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or sincere interest in working with adults or children with I/DD in community-integrated settings.
• Ability to communicate with individuals and their families.
• Ability to document daily activities and goals using a smart device.

• Assist individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.
• Support individuals to achieve goals and aspirations, promoting dignity and independence.
• Follow ISP and other support documents to implement plans.
