Job summary

Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our dedicated team, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead dignified lives at home and in the community.

We offer a starting wage of $24 per hour with a fast track to $26, plus paid training, PTO, full health coverage after 6 months, and a 401(k) with employer match after 90 days. Schedule varies with full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with individuals and families.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs (IADLs).
• Ability to document daily activities and goals using a smart device.
• Respect for confidentiality and safeguarding information.
• Willingness to complete required state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.
• Help individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Participate in developing and implementing plans to meet individuals' needs (ISP).
• Communicate effectively with individuals and their families.
• Document daily activities and progress at the end of each shift on a smart device.
