Job summary

Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a dedicated team providing services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). DSPs support basic needs and daily activities, helping clients achieve their goals in their own homes and communities.

Starting wage is $24 per hour with a fast track to $26 per hour. Benefits include paid training, PTO, comprehensive health insurance after 6 months, and 401(k) with employer match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with I/DD care is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with individuals and families.

• Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.

• Promote dignity, respect, and independence.
• Document daily activities and goals using a smart device.
