Job summary

The Center for Disability Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional II - Residential in Troy, NY. This full-time role supports individuals in daily living, implements individualized care plans, and works with interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and safety.

• Help implement personalized habilitation services outlined in care plans.
• Assist in acquiring basic activities of daily living, self-care and household management.
