The Center for Disability Services seeks a Direct Support Professional II for Residential Services in the Capital Region. This role supports individuals in daily living, care plans, and community integration, with focus on independence and person-centered care.

Requirements include a NYS Driver's License, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible FT/PT options and benefits are offered in a 24/7 environment.

• Be a member of the person’s planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist and promote independence in daily treatment, care and services.
• Respect the person’s choices, lifestyle and dignity; support informed risks.
• Help implement personalized habilitation services per care plan.
• Assist in acquiring skills including daily living and household management.
