The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II for Residential Services in the Capital Region. This role involves participating in planning and interdisciplinary teams, promoting independence in daily care, and supporting individuals with activities of daily living.

Requirements include a NYS Driver's License, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling options are available in a 24/7 environment with benefits.
