Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Three months of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals with personal care and hygiene, including mobility and transfers.
• Performs housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and yard work.
• Provides transportation and supports participation in community activities and appointments.
• Administers medications or assists with self-administration as prescribed.
• Maintains ISP records and reports incidents as required.
• Job coaching and direct support to help members develop skills for competitive employment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
