Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; three months caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals with personal care and hygiene needs, including transfers.
• Performs housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundering, and yard work.
• Provides transportation and community support for outings, medical appointments, and shopping.
• Guides community participation, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational supports.
