Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional I for Children's Congregate Care in a 24/7 residential program. The role involves supervising youth, delivering therapeutic interaction, and documenting care while maintaining trauma-informed, confidential practices.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, assisting with daily living tasks, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team under supervision. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1
• 3 years of related experience

• Ensure safety, supervision, and well-being of youth through active engagement and therapeutic interaction.
• Monitor the treatment milieu, identify safety risks, and act to correct; escalate to supervisory staff as needed.
• Accurately document client care: shift notes, logs, and rehabilitation documentation.
• Assist with chores, laundry, and meal preparation; support program upkeep and safety checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; interact professionally with staff, caregivers, providers, and visitors.
• Utilize crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies; apply CPI techniques only when necessary.
• Arrive prepared, communicate effectively, and contribute to trauma-informed, strengths-based care.

Direct Support Professional I - Childrens Congregate CarePay: $20hrSchedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. 11pm-7amThe Direct Support Professional I (DSP I) - Children's Congregate Care provides direct care and supervision to youth in Seven Hills' 24/7 acute and congregate residential care programs.
