Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional Supervisor to lead residential counselor staff in our 24-hour acute and congregate care programs. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and model best practices to ensure safety and youth well-being.

The role emphasizes teamwork, trauma-informed approaches, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining client-to-staff ratios while guiding daily operations and program activities.

Competenze

• Experience leading residential staff in a behavioral health setting.
• Ability to coach staff and provide real-time guidance.
• Familiarity with CPI de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Standard driver’s license and 3 years of related experience.
