Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, supervision, and well-being of youth through active engagement and therapeutic interaction.
• Monitor the treatment milieu, identify safety risks, and take corrective action.
• Develop a therapeutic milieu that promotes social growth and emotional regulation.
• Maintain boundaries, confidentiality, and professional interactions with staff and visitors.
• Participate in daily program upkeep, including chores, laundry, and meal prep.
• Accurately document client care (shift notes, logs, rehab docs, incident reports).
• Maintain awareness of treatment and safety plans; follow CPI de-escalation strategies when needed.
• Maintain required certifications and compliance with agency policies.

Direct Support Professional I - Childrens Congregate CarePay: $20hrSchedule: Sunday 7a to 11p, Monday to Wednesday 3p-11pThe Direct Support Professional I (DSP I) - Children's Congregate Care provides direct care and supervision to youth in Seven Hills' 24/7 acute and congregate residential care programs.
