Seven Hills Foundation seeks an experienced Direct Support Professional Supervisor to lead residential counselor teams in 24-hour programs. You will guide staff, model best practices, and ensure safety and therapeutic milieu for youth while maintaining essential documentation and compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality care in a fast-paced, structured residential setting. LVL: Full-time, on-site opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth in residential settings required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.
• 3+ years of related supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential counselor staff during assigned shifts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and real-time guidance to staff.
• Maintain client safety, supervision, and appropriate staff ratios.
• Oversee daily programming, meals, chores, and routines.
• Complete shift notes, logs, and incident reports per agency standards.
• Apply CPI de-escalation techniques and document incidents.
