Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HCBS Supervisor and Programmer to develop individualized goals and provide direct support focused on teaching skills, independence, and participation in activities.
• Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviors while respecting rights.
• Complete accurate, timely, Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks.
• Provide hands-on support in home and community settings, including daily living assistance and transportation.
• Administer and document medications per the six rights and follow agency policies.
