Qualifications

• Work authorization in the United States.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized goals and provide direct support to promote independence and community participation.
• Implement approved behavioral strategies and ensure rights-based care.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation of interventions and responses.
• Provide safe, respectful direct care in home and community settings.
• Administer and document medications following the six rights and maintain attendance.
