Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities. This full-time role includes paid training, a daytime weekend schedule, and a competitive pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour.

The position features a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a $500 sign-on for part-time; comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and career development opportunities are offered to support independence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, or double shifts.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, and personal care.
• Attend medical appointments and follow care plans.
• Follow DDS regulations and agency policies.
