Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to participate fully in daily life.

The role includes assisting with daily activities, attending outings, and following care plans. Paid training is provided; schedule includes weekends and 24-hour counts for part-time positions, with a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adults 22+ with disabilities and empower independence.
• Assist with household maintenance, meals, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing and personal care.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments, banking, community activities, outings and MAP training.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals; comply with medical guidelines.
