Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a part-time role. The DSP will help with daily living activities, accompany individuals to appointments, and assist with community participation.

This position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a schedule including overnight shifts, with 20 hours per week for part-time employees. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are provided.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, personal care as needed.
• Accompany to medical appointments, banking, community activities and outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
