Paid training, a sign-on bonus, and scheduled part-time hours are offered at $17.50–$19.00 per hour. The DSP helps with transportation, appointments, and safety in a compassionate setting.

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.
• Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer or school history).

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, and personal care.
• Help clients access medical appointments, community activities, and banking.
