Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Clifton, NJ. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

We offer paid training and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven company with 20+ years in NJ. The role includes flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a $1000 signing bonus paid in installments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal record, driving, healthcare registry).
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to help individuals build independence and confidence.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties as needed.
• Complete documentation and ongoing training.
