Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Newfield, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

As a DSP, you will support with daily living activities, build independence, and work within a team. Flexible schedules and paid training are provided, with weekly pay and growth opportunities at Abound Health.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.
