WellLife Network Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional in New York to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and community activities.

You will provide hands-on care, advocacy and help with daily tasks to promote independence and belonging. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and a New York state driver’s license with driving experience for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for client communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement and advocacy for individuals.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation, household tasks, and creating a safe home environment.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
