You will assist with daily living activities, mobility support, and collaboration with healthcare teams while maintaining accurate documentation in electronic systems. A valid NY driver’s license is required for driving positions and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Comfort operating a large vehicle (for driving positions) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support.
