Job summary

You will receive specialized training, document progress, perform safety checks, and support clients with independence and community engagement. The role requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people with daily living skills in residential settings.
• Develop opportunities for independence and decision-making.
• Follow regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies, document progress.
• Administer medications as applicable and ensure safety during shifts.
