Job summary

Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Rochester Hills on a full-time, on-site basis. The role offers a wage of $17.13 per hour and requires a valid Michigan driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State of Michigan driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to become CPR/First Aid certified.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts, including 2nd shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically necessary personal care and community living supports.
• Support mobility, activities of daily living, communication, cognition, and health management.
• Assist individuals with social participation, transportation, and leisure activities.
• Monitor safety, promote positive behavior, and document care plans with the team.
