Hope Network Bay House is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Bay City, MI. This full-time, on-site role supports individuals to live more independently and participate in their community.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, document care plans, attend medical appointments, and collaborate with care teams. Qualifications include high school diploma, driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid certification, and a commitment
