Help at Home, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with experience-based adjustments. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible new hires, plus paid training, benefits, and mileage reimbursement. Eligible employees may receive additional bonuses and PTO.

Qualificações

• Minimum age 18 and one of: HS diploma or equivalent, state-approved training, or passing competency test.
• Ability to complete background checks and in-service training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and inspection.

Responsabilidades

• Read and follow individual support plans.
• Report updates to the IDD Program Specialist.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, grooming, hygiene, transportation).
• Encourage participation in shopping, social events, appointments, and community activities.
• Document services and progress; communicate with team for high-quality support.
