Job summary

ICM is seeking caring staff in Arkansas to provide daily living assistance and compassionate support to clients in their homes. You will help with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and accompany clients to appointments where needed.

Applicants should hold a high school diploma, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork to ensure high-quality care and client well-being.

Qualifications

• Must follow HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to provide daily living assistance with safety awareness.
• Must have valid AR driver's license and auto insurance (where required).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Support with transportation, appointments, and companionship to promote independence.
• Maintain written daily updates of shifts and care activities.
• Observe client condition and ensure safety, including equipment monitoring.
• Follow policies, SOPs, and escalation procedures; participate in team communication.

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
