Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
• Arrange transportation to appointments and accompany customers to run errands.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Monitor customer safety and surroundings to ensure well-being.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
