Job summary

ICM Inc in Arkansas seeks compassionate in-home care aides to support customers with daily tasks, meals, grooming, and medication assistance in their homes.

You will coordinate appointments, provide transportation, monitor safety, and report daily updates while upholding HIPAA and company policies; a high school diploma and valid AR driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
• Possesses valid Auto Insurance and AR Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care, assisting with daily activities including bathing, meals, grooming, medication administration, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments and arrange transportation.
• Monitor customer safety and observe condition, including equipment and surroundings.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Perform other duties as assigned and demonstrate quality decision making and effective communication.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
