ICM is seeking caregivers to provide quality personal care, guidance, and assistance to customers in daily activities. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and medications as needed, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include arranging appointments, transportation, and providing companionship. You will document daily activities on an online platform and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and SOPs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or home health preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and HIPAA regulations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
