Our Evergreen program is a community‑based program providing comprehensive residential and day services in staffed homes. We support adults with autism, dual diagnoses of intellectual disabilities and mental illness, developmental disorders, and other neurobiological disabilities, significant mental health issues, as well as medical complications. Emphasis is placed on developing communication skills, building social supports, enhancing daily living skills, supporting community and social integration, providing trauma‑based therapies, and mental health stabilization—with the goal of increased independence and participation within the community.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional support and companionship.
