We are currently seeking motivated and caring individuals to join us as Direct Support Professionals.
Our Mainstay United program offers a range of residential, behavioral, and independent living skills support within a rehabilitative model for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The program specializes in helping people with a history of problematic sexual behavior by incorporating clinically centered practices into everyday living. Mainstay United uses trauma‑informed and person‑centered positive approaches to address risk reduction for the community and to assist individuals in gaining independence.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Ability to participate in background check and driver's record check.
