Ultipro in the United States (Kentucky region) seeks empathetic home care aides to assist clients with daily activities, medication management, and mobility support.

You will monitor safety, provide companionship, and document daily updates in an online system, ensuring quality care and compliance with HIPAA policies. This role emphasizes teamwork with supervisors, adherence to SOPs, and flexible availability to meet client needs across shifts.

Description du poste

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer's condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
