Job summary

ComServ Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities achieve personal goals in Day Activity Programs, Group Homes, or Community Settings.

You will assist with daily living, community integration, and transportation support when needed, ensuring health and safety while promoting independence. Flexible schedules and a sign-on bonus are available for qualified full-time positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to interact and engage with the community.
• Provide adaptive skills training including personal care, daily living, social skills, budgeting.
• Provide meaningful activities based on individual preferences and program goals.
• Assist with transportation when needed and participate in activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support safety, health, and well-being of individuals served in various program environments.
• Document and report concerns to supervisor and adhere to all regulatory standards.
