Qualifications

• Read and follow instructions and basic math.
• Be patient and kind with individuals served.
• Demonstrate eagerness to help and support independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to interact and participate in their community.
• Implement Person Centered Plans to help achieve goals.
• Provide adaptive skills training, including daily living and budgeting basics.
• Offer transportation in a company or personal vehicle when needed.
• Contribute to meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, bathing and toileting as required.
• Document and administer medications as directed and participate in trainings.
