Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, attending appointments, and supporting community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, and getting to appointments.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans, goals, and medical guidelines.
• Maintain certifications and comply with agency policies and DDS regulations.
