Job summary

Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients to appointments, manage household duties, and support community participation.

Paid orientation and training are provided; part-time schedule includes evenings and weekends. The position offers competitive pay at $17.50–$19.00 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus for part-time staff

Responsibilities

• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care.
• Assist clients to medical appointments, banking, and community outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans; assist with medications as trained.
